Data Protection and IT Policies Care Network's Data Protection Policy sets out how we comply with our data protection obligations and how we seek to protect personal information from unlawful access. Its purpose is also to ensure that staff understand and comply with the rules governing the collection, use and deletion of personal information to which they may have access to through the course of their work. This document sets out the policy of our charity has in relation to safeguarding of adults who use the service. This policy includes information in regards to People in a Position of Trust (PIPOT). Read Care Network's Adult Safeguarding Policy Care Network does not work directly with children, however adults who use our services sometimes have children with them. Our Children's Safeguarding Policy explains how Care Network will safeguard children who accompany/reside with adults who use our services.
